A 28-day guided path for anyone on a GLP-1 who wants to come out the other side of this strong — not just smaller.
Most days now, hunger isn't the fight. You're looking at a plate you don't especially want to finish, and that part is working.
Underneath it, something quieter is going on. The protein slips a little. The strength training stays a thing you'll start next week. And because the scale keeps moving, nothing feels like it's going wrong.
The hard part isn't the weight coming off. It's arriving at the other end of it still strong.
That takes structure. Not a more complicated plan — a simpler one you can actually follow on a Tuesday when you're tired. You've had plenty of information already. Videos, comment sections, a group somebody added you to. Information was never the missing piece.
This is 28 days of knowing exactly what today is.
One page. You open it, and it shows you today.
Each day has a lesson of about ninety seconds, one thing to do, and one thing to write down. Ten minutes, most days less. On day seven, fourteen, twenty-one and twenty-eight you answer four questions and see the four weeks side by side.
Week 1 — set your protein floor and find out what you're actually eating.
Week 2 — add two short resistance sessions. Twenty minutes, no gym needed.
Week 3 — hold it through restaurants, barbecues, bad sleep and the three o'clock gap.
Week 4 — stalls, plateaus, and what maintenance asks for that losing never did.
And when it stops going to plan — because it will — there are three paths that open on the day you need them: the scale hasn't moved in ten days · your appetite crashed and protein feels impossible · your dose is changing or you're coming off.
Worth being straight about, because you've probably bought something adjacent to this before.
It's not medical advice, and it says nothing about your dose. That conversation is yours and your clinician's, and this stays out of it.
